Our IPAF Operator Training Course provides comprehensive instruction and certification for operating three types of Mobile Elevating Work Platforms (MEWPs): Static Boom (1b), Mobile Vertical (3a), and Mobile Boom (3b). This course combines theoretical knowledge with practical training, ensuring participants are fully equipped to operate these machines safely and in compliance with current safety regulations.

E-learning theory is available to complete prior to attending your practical training day.

Those who operate, supervise or manage the use of powered access equipment including scissor lifts (3a), self-propelled boom lifts (3b), self-propelled boom lifts (3b) and static boom lifts (1b).

Those who need to use only one category of powered access equipment should attend the Single Category course – Scissor Lift (3a) / Boom Lift (3b) / Static Boom (1b).

Delegates successfully completing the course will receive an IPAF Certificate and Powered Access Licence (PAL) Card valid for 5 years.
